From breakfast to dinner, we aim to use fresh, local products to prepare refined, contemporary dishes with authentic tastes inspired by European, Moroccan and Senegalese culture.
Our team will be happy to meet your every wish and to adapt to all dietary requirements, not forgetting special children’s menus.

Breakfast
At breakfast, you can choose between fresh fruit platters, eggs prepared to your taste, fresh fruit and vegetable juices, home-made bread and pastries, cold meats and cheese, freshly prepared muesli, etc…
Lunch and dinner
For lunch and dinner, there is a choice between daily specials or a variety of dishes from our à la carte menu, including vegetarian meals and children’s menus.
Don’t forget the delicious desserts created by our in-house pastry chef!
The Yokan Lodge bar
All day long, the Yokan Lodge bar serves detox juices, fresh fruit juices, cocktails with or without alcohol, etc. which you can sip by the poolside, in the lounge area or by the wood fire.
Dine on the beach
Experience a magical lunch or candlelit dinner on the beach, lulled by the gentle sound of the waves. Depending on your mood, you can choose dishes from the menu, or order grilled lobster or Cameroon shrimp barbecued by our team of chefs. On request, local musicians will even play for you while you eat.

The Sunday barbecue
At Sunday lunchtimes, enjoy an exceptional barbecue in a warm, relaxed atmosphere. Savour a choice of starters from the buffet – salads, fish ceviche, grilled vegetables, etc – followed by a selection of meats, poultry and fish, cooked on the barbecue by our chef, accompanied by vegetable tajines, couscous, rice and sauces. Finish in style with our buffet of home-made desserts, created by our very own pastry chef. Every Sunday lunchtime from 1pm

Picnic by canoe
An unforgettable experience – a canoe trip through the heart of the mangrove forest in Sine Saloum! Walk into the bush to where our traditional dugout canoe is waiting, ready to transport you through the mangroves to discover the forest and its fauna. Stop at a deserted beach where everything has been arranged for your comfort. There you can enjoy the peace and beauty of the spot while savouring the picnic prepared specially for you by our kitchen team (choice of salads, fish and grilled chicken, side dishes and dessert).
